  • Dough for paratha

  • Add in chopped coriander leaves.
  • Add in the spices.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Roll out the dough and stuff in the potato filling.
  • Seal it.
  • Roll into a paratha.
  • Fry using ghee until crisp.
  • Serve hot with some ghee.
