Responsibility 1: Daily Accounting, Receipts & Reconciliation
• Book daily receipt entries and reconcile amounts received through Razorpay, Easebuzz, Paytm, and cash deposits.
• Share daily O/S reports with channel heads for payment follow-ups.
• Book receipts for Shopify and account splits of Razorpay payouts.
• Reconcile retail & B2B parties (Metro, The Organic World, More, ITC, etc.) and clear unidentified bank receipts.
• Share ledger statements of AOD & Retail when required.
• Book ADD agent margin (commission) adjustments with legacy O/S.
• Provide the list of ADD agents for margin payout to the payables team.
