- Curd: 1 cup (strained)
- Groundnuts: 20
- Onion: 1/2 (finely chopped)
- Tomato: 1/2 (finely chopped)

- Green chutney: 1 tsp
- Tamarind chutney: 2 tsp
- Sev: as needed
- Salt: 1 tsp (seeds)
- Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp

Method:
- Add chopped carrots, almonds, cashew nuts, and water to a pressure cooker. Cook until the carrots are soft (2-3 whistles).
- Prepare the Curd Base : Strain the curd using a cloth to remove excess water for a thick and creamy consistency.

a. Spread the strained curd evenly on a plate.
b. Add the finely chopped onion, tomato, cucumber, groundnuts, and pomegranate seeds.
- Add Spices and Chutneys:
a. Sprinkle salt, cumin powder, and chilli powder over the vegetables.
b. Drizzle green chutney and tamarind chutney for a burst of tangy and spicy flavors.
- Refrigerate for 20 minutes or overnight for best results.
