Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs)
After collection, fresh raw milk is stored in Bulk Milk Coolers (BMCs). These large tanks, with capacities from 1,000 to 10,000 liters, quickly chill the milk to about 4°C at the primary collection point. This rapid cooling is crucial as it inhibits microbial growth, preventing undesirable changes in quality and taste while slowing down spoilage.

The Cold Chain
Maintaining the right temperature is vital throughout the milk’s journey. We keep the milk at 4°C from our facilities to your doorstep using specialized cold chain vehicles. This consistent temperature control is essential because it:
- Prevents bacterial growth
- Preserves nutritional value
- Maintains the milk's fresh taste
- Extends shelf life
By maintaining this cold chain, we ensure that the milk you receive is as fresh and nutritious as when it leaves our farms.
Quality Testing
We believe in thorough quality assurance. Our milk undergoes a series of rigorous tests from the farms to the plant:
- We check for basic elements like fat and SNF (Solids-Not-Fat) content.
- Advanced tests detect traces of antibiotics and other potential contaminants.
- All test results are uploaded to our cloud servers for regular monitoring.
This comprehensive testing process ensures that every batch of milk meets our high-quality standards.
