Recipe:
- Blend together coriander leaves, ginger, garlic, green chillies along with salt, black salt, cumin seeds and asfoetida. Your green chutney is ready
- Add lemon juice and keep this chutney aside
- Start slicing vegetables like – Onion, Tomato, Cucumber, Boiled Potato, Boiled Beetroot
- Now take bread slices
- Apply generous amount of butter
- 2Now apply green chutney to both the slices of bread
- Start layering the vegetables and keep sprinkling chat masala
- Cover it with other bread
- Press it nicely so that vegetables are intact
- Grill it until crispy
- Take the sandwich out, apply some butter and sprinkle sev
- Grilled bombay sandwich is ready
- Add cheese if you like
