Ingredients:
- Akshyakalpa Organic Cow Ghee: 4–5 tbsp
- Almonds: 1/4 cup
- Coconut pieces (small): 1/4 cup
- Cashew nuts: 1/4 cup
- Besan (gram flour): 1/4 cup
- Wheat flour: 1 cup
- Raisins: 2–3 tbsp
- Jaggery (grated): 1/2 cup
- Ginger powder (dry): 1/2 tsp
Method:
- Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
- Add almonds and stir-fry until aromatic.
- Toss in coconut pieces and stir-fry lightly.
- Add cashew nuts and roast everything on low flame until golden.
- Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
- In the same pan, add besan flour and roast on low flame until it becomes aromatic.
- Add wheat flour, combine well, and roast until golden brown.
- Toss in raisins and stir gently.
- Remove from heat and keep aside.
- Grind the roasted almonds, coconut, and cashews into a coarse powder.
- Mix this powder into the roasted flours.
- Add grated jaggery and ginger powder, mixing everything thoroughly.
- While the mixture is warm, shape it into ladoos using your hands.
- Let the ladoos cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
