Healthy besan Ladoo

 

Indulge in a healthier twist on a traditional favorite with these delicious, nutrient-packed Healthy Besan Ladoos. Made with wholesome ingredients like Akshyakalpa Organic Cow Ghee, jaggery, and a variety of nuts, these ladoos are a perfect blend of taste and nutrition, ideal for satisfying your sweet cravings in a healthy way!

Ingredients:

  • Akshyakalpa Organic Cow Ghee: 4–5 tbsp
  • Almonds: 1/4 cup
  • Coconut pieces (small): 1/4 cup
  • Cashew nuts: 1/4 cup
  • Besan (gram flour): 1/4 cup
  • Wheat flour: 1 cup
  • Raisins: 2–3 tbsp
  • Jaggery (grated): 1/2 cup
  • Ginger powder (dry): 1/2 tsp

Method:

  • Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a pan.
  • Add almonds and stir-fry until aromatic.
  • Toss in coconut pieces and stir-fry lightly.
  • Add cashew nuts and roast everything on low flame until golden.
  • Remove from the pan and set aside to cool.
  • In the same pan, add besan flour and roast on low flame until it becomes aromatic.
  • Add wheat flour, combine well, and roast until golden brown.
  • Toss in raisins and stir gently.
  • Remove from heat and keep aside.
  • Grind the roasted almonds, coconut, and cashews into a coarse powder.
  • Mix this powder into the roasted flours.
  • Add grated jaggery and ginger powder, mixing everything thoroughly.
  • While the mixture is warm, shape it into ladoos using your hands.
  • Let the ladoos cool completely before storing them in an airtight container.
