Instant Kimchi

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup carrots chopped long and fine
  • 1 cup chopped cabbage
  • 1/4 cup chopped spring onions
  • 4 tsp finely chopped garlic
  • 4 tsp gochugaru
  • 3 tbsp vegan fysh sauce
  • Salt as per taste
  • Honey 1 tbsp
  • Water 300ml

Instructions:

Soak the chopped cabbage in water and salt for 15-20 min. In meantime, mix garlic, gochugaru, fysh sauce, honey. Add carrots, spring onions and drained cabbage and toss it well Enjoy!
