Milk Sooji Halwa Recipe:

Ingredients:

  • Ghee: 2 tbsp
  • Sooji (semolina): ½ cup
  • Milk: 1 & ½ cups
  • Jaggery powder: ½ cup
  • Cashews: 6-8

Method:

  • Combine milk and jaggery powder and set aside.
  • Heat ghee in a pan, roast cashews, and keep aside.
  • Add sooji to the pan and roast it until it becomes fragrant.
  • Add the milk and jaggery mixture to the sooji and cook, stirring continuously, until the halwa starts to leave the sides of the pan.
  • Stir in the roasted cashews.
