Mix Veg Ragi Uttapam

A healthy twist on the traditional South Indian famous dosa, made with nutrient-rich ragi flour and topped with vibrant, crunchy vegetables. Packed with fiber, calcium, and a burst of flavors, it’s a perfect choice for a wholesome breakfast or snack!

Recipe

  • Add akshyakalpa ragi dosa batter into a bowl
  • 1 banana
  • Cut some vegetables like carrots, onion, bell peppers
  • Now a take a dosa pan / flat pan pour 1 ladle full of ragi dosa batter
  • Keep it semi thick
  • Add vegetables one by one
  • Press them down so they stick on the batter
  • Sprinkle some podi masala
  • Drizzle some ghee, and let it cook
  • Let the base of the uttapam gets golden brown and then flip
  • Cook on the other side
  • Serve with coconut chutney and podi masala by side
