Recipe:
- Start by chopping fresh mushrooms
- In a pan add oil
- Add minced garlic
- Let this get cooked and add in mushrooms
- Let the mushrooms get cooked and release its water
- Now pour in the 2-3 cracked eggs mixed with a pinch of salt
- Let this get cooked a bit until set
- Now add in oregano and chili flakes for seasoning
- Add in grated cheese
- Carefully fold the omlette
- Let the cheese melt and serve hot with toasted bread
