Ingredients:

  • Oats: 1/2 cup
  • Honey: 2 tsp
  • Milk: 1 cup
  • Chia seeds: 2 tsp
  • Mixed chopped fruits: 1/2 cup
  • Mixed seeds: 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Add chopped carrots, almonds, cashew nuts, and water to a pressure cooker. Cook until the carrots are soft (2-3 whistles).
  • In a bowl, mix together oats and milk.
  • Add honey and stir well.
  • Add chia seeds and mix thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate for 20 minutes or overnight for best results.
