Recipe :
- Add akshyakalpa ragi dosa batter into a bowl
- Cut some vegetables like carrots, onion, bell peppers
- Now a take a dosa pan / flat pan pour 1 ladle full of ragi dosa batter
- Keep it semi thick
- Add vegetables one by one
- Sprinkle some podi masala
- Drizzle some ghee, and let it cook
- Let the base of the uttapam gets golden brown and then flip
- Cook on the other side
- Serve with coconut chutney and podi masala by side
