Recipe :

  • Add akshyakalpa ragi dosa batter into a bowl
  • Cut some vegetables like carrots, onion, bell peppers
  • Now a take a dosa pan / flat pan pour 1 ladle full of ragi dosa batter
  • Keep it semi thick
  • Add vegetables one by one
  • Sprinkle some podi masala
  • Drizzle some ghee, and let it cook
  • Let the base of the uttapam gets golden brown and then flip
  • Cook on the other side
  • Serve with coconut chutney and podi masala by side
  • Add vegetables one by one

Instruction:

  • In a mixer grinder, add seedless dates, milk, cinnamon powder, and cardamom powder. Blend until smooth to make a creamy smoothie.
  • Heat a pan on low heat and pour the prepared smoothie into it.
  • Add a few extra dates to the pan and let the mixture simmer for about 6 minutes until it becomes fragrant and flavourful.
  • Pour the warm drink into a glass and garnish with tutti frutti on top.
  • This rich and aromatic drink is perfect for winter.
