Soothing curd rice

 

The probiotics in organic curd are a source of good bacteria that helps improve and maintain good gut health. You can make curd rice a daily staple To make simple nutritious curd rice you need:

Ingredients: 400gms organic curd 200 gms cooked rice 1 grated carrot, 1 grated cucumber, ½ pomegranate, few cashews, raisins , a teaspoon of ghee, ¼ teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 curry leaf strand, ¼ teaspoon cumin, salt, green chilli-1(optional) Method: To the cooked and cooled rice mix curd, and mix with carrot, cucumber, pomegranate. In a teaspoon of ghee fry cashews and raisins mildly, add cumin, mustard seeds, slit green chili and pour into the curd rice mixture garnish with more pomegranates and serve.
